Conquer emotional eating once and for all!

  • "Before working with Palki, I struggle with shyness, sometimes with low self esteem and confidence. After working with Palki I feel more confident being around people. She helped me change the perspective that I had about myself. She created a safe place for me to open up and share. After each session I have homework to put in practice what she thought me which helped me tremendously. She is nice and compassionate. If you are looking for a hypnotherapist, look no further. I highly recommend her. Thanks Palki."

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that we have experienced time and time again. For example, have you ever experienced highway hypnosis, where you drove for long distances without recollection of exactly how you got there? Have you ever engaged in an activity so deeply that you lost track of time? These are altered mental states that we naturally move into when our bodies are relaxed and comfortable. Time seems to collapse. There is a notable increase in alpha and theta brain waves where we experience increased focus and heightened sensory awareness. This is also known as the flow state.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is the use of specific techniques in order to consciously move an individual’s mind into the hypnotic state where specific goals can be focused upon, and suggestions and imagery can be impressed upon the subconscious mind to achieve those goals. Hypnotherapy also helps an individual access their inner resources, tools, and wisdom that lay hidden beneath the conscious reasoning mind.

Who Can Benefit From Hypnotherapy?

Everyone!

Since hypnosis is a natural state of mind, anyone with an emotionalized desire for change in their life can benefit from hypnotherapy.

Integral Hypnotherapy

Palki Mawar practices Integral Hypnotherapy- the adaptive, client-centered, and collaborative approach to transformation and healing with the power of the mind. Palki completed 500 hours of medical support clinical hypnotherapy training in this methodology at the prestigious Hypnotherapy Academy of America, North America’s premier state licensed hypnotherapy training institute. Results from a 4-year, 3 million dollar National Institutes of Health funded study using the Integral Hypnotherapy approach yielded “superior” results as compared to other forms of therapy*. Integral Hypnotherapy is the only varying multi-session hypnotherapy methodology in the current era to have National Institutes of Health funded research scientifically validated by independent peer review.

*Based on a 4-year, 3 million dollar NIH funded study treating OAB/UUI. Click here for details: https://hypnotherapyacademy.com/learn-evidence-based-methods/

Does All Hypnotherapy Give the Same Results?

No. Hypnotherapy includes various techniques. The techniques used in Integral Hypnotherapy are evidence-based. A large study funded by NIH for patients who were hypnotized using integral hypnotherapy methods for urinary inconsistency found that 93% of the participants got better results than drug therapy, while 7% got the same results as drug therapy.
